What We do...
ACS is a medium sized industrial painting company with over 20 years experience. Based in Toronto and serving primarily the southern Ontario region ACS has completed projects both in the US and as far away as Mexico.
ACS has grown steadily over the past 21 years and presently over 80% of the company's work is either by referral or by repeat business from prior customers. Known for its' expertise in the special and protective coating field, the largest portion of our work is actually factory repaints - metal deck ceilings, walls, and floors.
Given this is Ontario and the manufacturing industry is so dominant we are very familiar with production demands and much of our work is performed against tightly limited time schedules with guaranteed completion times.
We have, for example, protected, painted and cleaned up 70,000 sq. ft of a fully operational plant ceiling over a 3 day weekend and we routinely clean and repaint press lines of six, 400 to 1000 ton presses over a weekend.
We are also very familiar with the particular problems of the food industry including coating selection, performance, food grade criteria, durability, mold control, odor during paint application, wash ability, slip and thermal shock characteristics...to say nothing of aesthetics.
Anybody can make it white - but will it stay white?...for that matter will it fall off and if so why and then what?
We can answer those questions based on years of actual field experience backed up by current technical expertise to provide a workable solution within a customer's particular parameters.
